The Privacy and Security Policy below is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Should the User require any information, clarification or assistance regarding the processing of personal data and this Privacy and Security Policy, Oxford makes the Service available to receive all communications that the User wishes to make. The Service operates through the communication channels listed below: LGPD related matters:

In all cases, the User will receive through the same communication channel, a confirmation of receipt of their demand within 5 (five) business days. In addition, Oxford makes available on this Site a Q&A section, as well as its other policies: Product Exchanges and Returns Policy, Payment Policy, Product Delivery Policy, and finally the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Site.
3. GENERAL INFORMATION
Oxford takes all necessary measures to protect the privacy of the User, as well as personal data, in compliance with the applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Law - LGPD-. This document details the forms of collection, storage, use, processing, sharing and disclosure of your personal data, as well as clearly points out the measures taken to ensure the protection of the data collected.
4. COLLECTION, USE, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF DATA
Data collection: Access Account. For the creation of an Access Account on the Site, the User must complete a registration, which may vary in complexity according to the operations he/she intends to do. In this way, a simple registration composed of an email address will be required to send advertising and promotional messages to the User about Oxford products, services, promotions and/or news. To make Purchases, the User must create a complete Access Account, providing full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, telephone number and full address (state, city, neighborhood, street, number, complement, extra information). In order to answer questions, the User must provide the name, email, telephone number, state, city and optionally the anniversary month and the order number. The data provided by Users will be stored and used by Oxford, by itself or by third parties contracted by it, to provide the products of the Site, carry out commercial transactions, process related payments, send emails of offers, products, services and marketing campaigns, store the history of products viewed, promote retargeting campaigns, personalize pages of the Site, verify bank details to prevent fraud (data will not be stored), deliver and return, as well as forward birthday messages and provide discount coupons to the birthday person. The data may be shared with third parties contracted by Oxford under the terms of this Policy, noting that the creation of each Access Account or any registration on the Site, for which it is necessary to send any personal data of the User. Adherence to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site constitutes the express consent of the User regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing and processing of personal data, as required by the General Data Protection Law. The User has access to his personal data through his personalized account, and may change, correct and delete his data, with the legal exceptions, as provided for in the General Data Protection Law and if the User has no requests linked to his data in progress. The User is responsible, in the civil and criminal spheres, for the veracity and updating of the data provided (including personal data) and Oxford disclaims any responsibility for damages arising from the incomplete, inaccurate or inexact completion of the registration by the User, in any means or form, or for the use of this registration improperly by any third party not authorized to use such data or, still, by third parties who have, duly or improperly, obtained the User's data for access on the Site, acting as if it were.
Data collection: Cookies. In order to offer the best browsing and User Purchasing experience, Oxford uses technologies to collect and store information related to the User's visit to the Site and this may include the sending of one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers that collect data relating to browsing preferences and the pages visited by the User. In this way, the presentation of the Site is customized and aligned with the personal interests of the User. The use of this data is restricted to the stated purpose and Oxford undertakes not to use or allow the use of such data for any other purpose. In addition, the collection, storage and processing of this data is absolutely automated, with no possibility of human contact with the data in question. The User can and may, at any time, if he disagrees with the cookie policy above, use the tools of his browser that prevent the installation of cookies and also delete any cookies on his internet connection device. In this case, some features of the Site may present errors. Oxford may also use other technologies to collect navigation data from Users, committing itself to keep, process and use them in accordance with this Policy. Data collection: Access logs. Oxford will keep in its database all information regarding the User's access to the Site, including, but not limited to, the IP address, the pages accessed, the times and dates of access, and the access device used, in accordance with current legislation. Such records may be used in internal or public investigations to investigate practices that may generate any losses to Oxford, including the practice of crimes in virtual environments. Data collection: Other forms. Oxford may collect personal data of the User, other than those identified herein, that is entered by the User and about the User voluntarily in the navigation process of the Site or when contacting Customer Service. Finally, Oxford may access public or private databases to confirm the veracity of the personal data informed by the User, including data related to the payment of the Purchase. Purpose of Data Processing: For the purchase and delivery of the products and services purchased; to process the payment and grant payment in installments; to keep the User informed about the status of their orders; to coordinate with partners the payment and delivery of the products; to carry out exchanges and replacements; to send communications about services and provide a better experience to the User; to recommend features, products and services that may be of interest to the User, identify their preferences, and personalize their experience on the website; to comply with legal obligations; to display and send advertisements based on interests expressed on the website.
Use of data: E-mail. Oxford will use the User's email as a priority to send information about their Purchases (Purchase confirmation and payment and delivery updates, as well as sending an invoice) and to recover the Customer's password in case of loss/forgetting the password. Use of data: Advertising via direct mail, email, SMS messages or via instant messaging apps. At the time of registration of your contact details, the User will have the option to accept or prohibit the sending of advertising messages. In addition, at any time, the User may change his/her decision by accessing his/her Account on the Site or by contacting the Customer Service, or in the non-registration field existing in the newsletters sent by Oxford, in which case the database may take up to 5 (five) business days to be effective. In addition to the above, Oxford may, at its sole discretion, use the User's personal data in the following ways: (i) updating the registration; (ii) guaranteeing the User's security; (iii) responding to the User's own requests; (iv) information about changes in the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Policies; (v) preparation of statistics regarding the use of the Site, guaranteeing the User's anonymity, including for the purpose of improving and understanding the Users' profile for the improvement of the Site; (vi) improvement of interactivity tools between the Site and the User, guaranteeing their anonymity; (vii) compliance with court orders; and (viii) defense of Oxford's rights against the User in judicial or administrative proceedings.
Data storage: Oxford will store all collected data in its secure and secure databases. Such data will only be accessed by automated computerized processes, authorized professionals and in the cases listed in this Policy. Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to meet the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and in cases of legal exceptions provided for in the General Data Protection Law for the exercise of its own right or compliance with legal obligations.
5. SHARING AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Oxford has the confidentiality of your personal data as a priority in its business. Thus, it undertakes not to disclose, share, give access, facilitate access, rent, sell, exchange or otherwise make such information available to third parties, under any pretext, except in cases expressly authorized by the User, including in the cases indicated below. For the sole purpose of enabling Site Purchases, Oxford may share Users' personal data with its business partners, such as payment processors, credit card administrators, carriers and data stores. In this case, only the personal data essential for the Oxford business partner to perform its activity (collection, delivery, etc.) will be shared. In addition, such business partners will be required, through confidentiality agreements, not to file, keep on file, compile, copy, reproduce or share such data with anyone. The other hypothesis of disclosure of personal data is through a court order. Also in this case, the disclosure will occur only to the extent necessary to comply with the judicial determination, and the data not required by the authority in question will remain confidential.
6. DATA TRANSMITTED WITHOUT REQUEST FROM OXFORD PORCELANAS S/A
Oxford asks the User not to submit to Oxford any business information, personal creations, ideas, photographs, projects, concepts, etc. (Unsolicited Content). Such Unsolicited Content will be summarily discarded, without any reading or incorporation into Oxford databases. Under the terms of the Copyright Law, ideas, abstract conceptions, projects, plans and schemes are not susceptible to protection in Brazil. Thus, the eventual use by Oxford of any Unsolicited Content will be due to internal and independent development and may occur freely, and no authorization or compensation is due or required from the User or consumer. Oxford independently develops all its policies and activities, rejecting any accusation or allegation of the use of Unsolicited Content.
7. SAFETY MEASURES
Technological resources. Oxford adopts advanced technological features to ensure the security of all personal data collected and stored. Not even Oxford employees have free access to the Users database, which is limited only to those persons whose functions require contact with personal data. Among the security measures implemented are the use of modern forms of encryption and the installation of barriers against improper access to the database (firewalls). Such measures can be verified by the User accessing the Site by viewing the "security padlock" in their internet browser.
Secrecy of password. Oxford recommends that the User keep their password in complete secrecy, avoiding its disclosure to third parties. Oxford will never ask you to enter your password outside of the Site, by phone, email or any other means of communication. The User's password must be used exclusively at the time of access to the User Account on the Site. If the User suspects that his password has been exposed to third parties, Oxford recommends the immediate replacement of the password.
Suspicious e-mails. Oxford sends to the User only emails with advertising messages, disclosing products and services or updating information. Oxford does not send messages (i) requesting personal data from the User; (ii) requesting the User's password or financial data; (iii) with attached files except PDF documents; or (iv) with links to download files. If you receive an email with such characteristics, disregard it and contact Customer Service.
Credit cards. Oxford does not store in its database User financial information, such as credit card information. The payment approval procedure occurs between the User, banks and card administrators, without Oxford intervention.
Impossibility of accountability. Despite Oxford's greatest efforts, the current stage of technology does not allow the creation of an absolutely secure database against attacks. In this way, Oxford disclaims any liability for damages eventually caused by third parties, for intrusions on the Site or in the database, for viruses or for information leakage, unless it is proven that Oxford is solely at fault.
8. RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS OVER THE DATA COLLECTED
Oxford allows the User to make different types of registration, containing more or less information according to their own purpose on the Site. Thus, the User has the possibility to choose the form of registration, and must fill it with true and updated information. The User declares to be the legitimate holder of their personal data and may, at any time, as long as it is not in progress with the User's linked data, use the tools of the Site to edit, update or remove them preventatively from our database. Oxford will keep the data preventatively removed to meet legal obligations of mandatory custody or to exercise its own right and other exceptions provided for in the General Data Protection Law, discarding them definitively after such period. Oxford also provides tools for the User to determine some uses of their personal data, such as authorization to send advertising pieces.
9. USE OF DATA IN CASE OF CHANGE OF CONTROL OF OXFORD PORCELANAS S/A
The data collected may eventually be transferred to a third party in the event of a change of control, an acquisition, a merger, a merger or a sale of Oxford assets in any medium or form.
10. MINORS DATA POLICY
The Site is not directed to persons under the age of 18 (eighteen). However, access to the Site is not prohibited to minors, as there is no content restricted for age reasons. You must assume that everything you see or read on this site is protected by intellectual property laws. The trademarks and logos on this website are registered trademarks of Oxford. Nothing contained in this website shall be deemed to grant, license or transfer the dominant powers of intellectual property. Any misuse of material contained on this site, except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also cautioned that Oxford, in case of violation of the prohibitions set forth in this instrument or in law, will take appropriate actions, aiming at the reparation, as well as indemnification, damages and loss of profits to be determined, without prejudice to criminal liability.
12. OMITTED CASES
Omissions will be resolved by Oxford in accordance with the legislation in force.
